The Office of the Director General (Monitoring, Implementation & Evaluation) is responsible for monitoring the implementation of policies, decisions, and development projects of the Government of Sindh, evaluating their outcomes against defined objectives, and reporting findings to the competent authorities. The office conducts field inspections, reviews progress of schemes and programmes, identifies bottlenecks in implementation, and recommends corrective measures to ensure timely and effective delivery of public services in accordance with applicable laws and government directives.
